Off-hours, Bob can be found cycling, working on a late-life master's degree, and relaxing to 1980s-era action movies.

Mike Wallace is an award-winning problem solver and Senior Director of Consulting and Strategy at CARS/Giving Agency. Mike has deep roots in public media, where he pioneered the use of digital thank you gifts in 2004, and has helped dozens of stations of all sizes and formats grow membership and sustainable revenues. Mike has consulted with NPR, NFCB, Greater Public, Maximum Fun, ChicoBag, AARP, CARS, American Forests, and the CDC. He holds certification in design thinking from IDEOU and an MBA from the University of San Diego with triple emphasis in marketing, new venture management and corporate social responsibility. For fun, Mike enjoys camping, cooking, and watching his dog go nuts at the beach.
